Five offer structures that work for wellness businesses (and when to avoid them)
From low-friction intros to high-trust annuals — patterns we see repeatedly in Australian wellness markets.

Wellness offers fail for two boring reasons: the wrong promise for the avatar you attract, or the right promise with a price ladder that never lets people graduate from discounts.
Five structures that keep showing up
- Single outcome session — best when search intent is urgent (pain, fatigue, prep for event). Keep the promise narrow.
- Short intro pack (3–5 visits) — optimises for trust without locking you into perpetual Groupon energy.
- Membership with soft caps — visits + partner perks; works when utilisation is predictable.
- Hybrid care pathway — assessment + plan + review dates; premium positioning, higher admin cost.
- Annual paid-in-full — rare but powerful for boutique studios with a true community; requires crystal-clear cancellation language.
The trap
Copying a competitor’s bundle without copying their acquisition channel and avatar usually wastes six months of ad spend. Start from who you can reliably serve, then stress-test pricing against local alternatives — not Instagram aesthetics.
